An Introduction to the Lean Process Improvement Training Program

At its core “Lean” is a set of process improvement methods focused on the elimination of waste, and the acceleration of process throughput. But to really drive continuous improvement in your organisation, the Bevington Group is offering a program which goes well beyond what normally constitutes a training course.

The Lean Process Improvement Training Progam offers a series of experiences designed to maximise learning outcomes. The program includes face-to-face education with experienced practitioners, pragmatic exercises, site visits, guest speakers and an active alumni. The Lean alumni is designed to keep program graduates in touch therefore providing a unique environment for continued learning.

This program is NOT manufacturing focused, but attends to efficiency and effectiveness across all workplace environments, including complex systems like those found in health care.
