Skills Transfer

Whilst the Bevington Group offers consulting services, we are not a consultancy. We distinguish ourselves by partnering with our clients – this means that we must transfer knowledge effectively. We do this through a series of training programs and through expert mentoring.

Implementation Focus

Every organization has its own cultural footprint. The Bevington’s Group cultural DNA gives it a strong bias towards implementation. Whilst reports are just fine, they are only a stepping stone to getting something done. Our clients are trained in Implementation methods, and our clients regularly present their implementation lessons to each other at the Change Networks sponsored by the Bevington Group.

This means that we work at all levels of the organization to transfer the skills necessary to get the job done – be it in the Boardroom or on the shop floor.

Given the high degree of staff involvement and detailed understanding, the Bevington methods regularly generate hundreds of improvement ideas. Change Community
