Bevington delivers its services using a methodology known
as XeP3. It is used on a stand-alone basis for rapid improvement,
and then continuous change. However, this methodology is
becoming increasingly valued as a partner method to Six
Sigma. It has been described by clients as the “lean” in
Lean Methods.
