Resilience Theory and Practice

Over the last decade Resilience theory for both individuals and organisations has emerged as a source of both theory and practice. This is certainly a time when these theories and practices are critically relevant. Bevington Group has been closely tracking developments in this space. The fifth webinar in the “Bevington Resilience” series is “Resilience Theory and Practice” and takes you through the key practical directions emerging from organisational resilience studies, how well they have held up in the current crisis (and the short answer is “very well”) and what it means in terms of organisational design from here.
