Aleks is process improvement and operating model design specialist with extensive project management and delivery experience across both public and private sectors. He has delivered a variety of productivity improvement projects spanning industry sectors including: education; energy utilities; financial services; healthcare; government and regulatory services; infrastructure; manufacturing; transportation and logistics. His broad industry experience enables him to deliver valuable insights and knowledge of best practice to his clients.
His expertise includes: operating model design; process and operational performance improvement; customer journey mapping; project management; change management; Agile & Lean methods; data analytics and modelling; stakeholder engagement; and workshop facilitation.
Aleks has a passion for working closely with clients to help them achieve their organisational objectives and has a strong track record of successfully delivering complex transformation projects using best practice methodologies. He has significant experience in reviewing highly complex processes and analysing large datasets, as well as proven ability to rapidly develop fit-for-purpose solutions and bring teams along on the transition to the future state.
As a highly prized process engineer, Aleks has delivered numerous re-engineering initiatives to help clients realise operating efficiencies, release capacity for re-investment into the business and improve the quality of service and customer experience.

Prior to joining Bevington Group, Aleks worked as the Lead Consultant with the Noetic Group where he worked across the public and private sectors to deliver strategic planning, operational review and performance optimisation services to major infrastructure owners, investors and operators. In this role Aleks also delivered transaction coordination and technical due diligence services on over $15 billion in high profile M&A transactions.
