His work spans a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, infrastructure, resources, manufacturing, logistics and government.
Aleks has a proven track record of applying Lean principles to business process and operating model design to help clients achieve their productivity and capacity release objectives. Through his excellent engagement skills and extensive knowledge of best practice process design principles, he successfully collaborates with his clients to develop a realisable vision for the future and secure buy in for the change.
As an accredited project manager with extensive experience in applying Agile deployment methodologies on process improvement projects, Aleks guides businesses through the full lifecycle of implementation to rapidly transform their operating processes, while supporting impacted teams through the transition.

Prior to joining Bevington Group, Aleks was employed as Lead Consultant with the Noetic Group where he worked across the public and private sectors to deliver strategic planning, operational review and performance optimisation services to major infrastructure owners, investors and operators. In this role Aleks also delivered transaction coordination and technical due diligence services on over $15 billion in high profile M&A transactions.
Aleks has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Environmental) from the University of NSW.
