Andrew Morley

Andrew is a highly experienced operating model designer and lean process engineer. Andrew’s industry experience extends across retail, finance, insurance, government, supply chain, and education.

Andrew’s passion for analytics and problem solving, engaging leadership and facilitation style, and ability to articulate complex concepts in an accessible way are seen by clients as his fundamental strengths. His strong focus on Human Centred Design in service model, operating model and process design drives creative and dynamic solutions which solve complex client challenges.

Andrew has significant experience in Accelerated Implementation of operating model and process improvement at scale. Andrew has deployed Agile methods to deliver value incrementally for transformation programs in finance, insurance, government and retail sectors.

Andrew’s past and present clients include: Australian Agricultural Company; ACT Shared Services; Department of Home Affairs; icare; Office of Transport Security; Civil Aviation Safety Authority; Australian Taxation Office; Perpetual;  Telstra; University of Sydney; and Westpac.

Andrew joined the Bevington Group after operating as a line executive within a multinational retail group where he led both large scale operating teams and cross functional project teams to deliver quantifiable results from process improvement initiatives. His 16 years of experience covers Merchandise Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Buying, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Logistics and Retail Operations.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Charles Sturt University.
