Andrew is a highly experienced consultant and Director of Bevington Group’s NSW operations. He is a specialist with extensive expertise in operating model design, lean process reengineering, and customer experience enhancement, and has significant experience working across sectors including: financial services; agribusiness; education; government and regulatory services; retail and consumer products; and supply chain and logistics.
Andrew’s passion for analytics and problem solving, engaging leadership and facilitation style, and ability to articulate complex concepts in an accessible way are seen by clients as his fundamental strengths. His strong focus on collaborative and user-centric methods in operating model, service model, and process design drives creative and dynamic solutions which solve complex client challenges.
In addition to design, Andrew also has significant experience in the accelerated implementation of operating model and process improvement at scale. He has deployed Agile methods to realise incremental value for transformation programs across finance, insurance, government and retail sectors.

Andrew joined the Bevington Group after 12 years’ operating as a line executive within a multinational retail group, where he led both large scale operating teams and cross functional project teams to deliver operational efficiency and customer experience outcomes through process improvement initiatives.
