Andrew joined the Bevington Group after 12 years operating as a Line Executive for a multinational organisation in the Retail Sector. Since joining the Bevington Group, Andrew has developed to become one of our most sought-after consultants, with his passion for analytics, problem solving and his engaging leadership style seen by clients as his fundamental strengths.
Andrew’s operating experience extends across supply chain; merchandise planning; buying; retail operations; team management; leadership; logistics; budgeting. He has led both large scale operating teams and cross functional project teams to deliver quantifiable results from process improvement initiatives whilst maintaining operating disciplines, hitting business as usual targets and managing within tight budgets. In short Andrew has the practical experience to truly understand difficulties when making changes in dynamic, high pressure environments.
To complement Andrew’s operating experience, he is fast developing a strong theoretical skillset that are being applied to great effect in large scale finance sector transformations. Andrew’s skillset base is growing to include Lean theory, Agile delivery, Six Sigma and other change management disciplines, and quality management techniques.
