Chris is a Consulting Director at Bevington Group with extensive business transformation experience. He has experience in a wide range of industries as diverse as aviation, construction & engineering, education, energy & resources, financial services, government, health, manufacturing, not-for-profit and retail.
Chris is passionate about helping his clients solve their most pressing problems. He is particularly skilled at constructing programs that deliver both early wins as well as measurable, long-lasting, strategic changes. His approachable style enables him to quickly and easily setup and support program delivery while at the same time providing mentoring and coaching to the client team. He is respected amongst his peers for his attention to detail and diligence when it comes to delivering the best quality outcomes for the client.
Chris is an experienced leader of change programs. He draws from his experience with Agile delivery methodologies to lead cross-functional teams through rapid design and implementation.

Prior to joining Bevington Group Chris worked as a consulting engineer in the utilities sector. He led infrastructure design projects and developed skills in advanced process engineering modelling. He was also the principal advisor for the Australian water industry on greenhouse gas emissions.
Chris holds an MBA (Dean’s List) from the Melbourne Business School, along with Bachelor’s degrees in both Chemical Engineering and Science (Mathematics) from the University of Melbourne.
