He has enjoyed a successful executive career driving change, turnaround, transformation and growth in Australia, USA, Asia and Europe. His leadership strength, character and resilience are acknowledged as a potent force in catalysing and realising large-scale change.
Ricks has led the design and execution of numerous local and global turnaround and growth strategies. His experience ranges from pioneering new business models in high growth markets, leading turnarounds in mature and declining industries and navigating the complexity of industry structural change and reform.
Rick has an exemplary track record in the successful execution of change, both from an independent consulting perspective and as a business leader. He works tirelessly to achieve buy-in from all stakeholders involved and develop a shared commitment to change. Ricks approach to change is underpinned by a relentless pursuit of value creation combined with respect for individual contribution, commercial discipline, strong governance and an unyielding focus on performance.

Prior to joining the Bevington Group Rick has led multi-billion-dollar organisations with thousands of employees with full P&L accountability in intensely competitive industries with complex business models and industrial and regulatory regimes. Rick has also established multiple international joint-venture businesses and undertaken strategic acquisitions to exploit market niches and drive growth. Rick has also sat on a number of domestic and international Boards.
Rick has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Curtin University.
