Sally Kelly

Sally is a leading expert in the Bevington Group’s XeP3 Lean Accelerator methodology. She has over 10 years’ experience using the web based toolset to help organisations quickly and effectively achieve process improvements. Sally has assisted clients in industries such as education, financial services, government, information media & telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing, not for profit, retail and consumer goods, and transportation and logistics.

Working within process improvement for over 10 years, Sally has an enormous amount of experience in transformation design.

Her particular focus is on using the proven XeP3 Lean Accelerator to understand and analyse roles and processes. Using XeP3 allows her to rapidly understand the issues facing organisations and quantify the impact of the Noise (waste) involved.

Sally has successfully led many client teams to design and implement solutions, and is one of our leading change management specialists. She has extensive experience in working with both management and staff to develop, plan and deliver the desired business process outcomes for organisations quickly and effectively. Sally has recently assisted a number of health care clients to use XeP3 Lean Accelerator to improve processes and achieve significant lead time reduction, increased revenue and additional capacity in individual roles.
