Sally Kelly

Sally is an experienced Managing Consultant with an enormous depth of process improvement and change management expertise in industries such as: banking and finance; health; government services; ICT; retail; and supply chain. Sally combines deep technical skills with a disarmingly engaging style which has allowed her to make a difference in some of our most challenging change management assignments.

Sally is an expert at our XeP3 methodology and software, and is great at engaging client staff and other stakeholders to deeply understand their processes, generating amazing outcomes.

Prior to joining the Bevington Group, Sally was responsible for implementing continuous improvement programs at all Coles distribution centres. Her extensive experience in Supply Chain and Warehouse Management allows her to grasp strategic process challenges exceptionally quickly, particularly where there is cross organisational boundary complexity. As the Manager of Bevington’s XeP3 Product, Sally is closely involved in the development of the toolset, and knows the methodology behind it extremely well.

Sally’s advanced competencies include: training and education; process analysis and redesign; change management; and stakeholder management for major change. She has a strong focus on outcome delivery, especially within highly complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.

Her process improvement and government clients have included: Department of Defence; Ballarat District Nursing and Healthcare; Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre; Royal Flying Doctors Service (QLD); Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (VIC); Austrade.

She has had many other organisational review and performance improvement clients: Alpine Health; CASA; Coles Group; Hong Kong Airport Services; IFM (Industry Funds Management); NAB; Ozchild; Pacific Brands; People’s Choice Credit Union;; Sensis; Swire Group; and Telstra.

Sally has a Bachelor of Business (Transport & Logistics Management) with Distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has completed her Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
